How do I place an order? Below are five ways to place an order:

What shipping courier do you use, and is it free?

There will be complimentary free shipping on orders over $250 CAD via UPS Ground for Canadian customers. For PO Boxes, Military Addresses, and rural areas in Canada and the US are delivered via Canada Post Expedited™ and might take longer. Please read more on our Shipping & Return policy.

How long is the delivery?

While not guaranteed, we estimated an average of 10 – 14 business days from the shipped date to receive appointment outreach from our logistics partner.

Do you still ship to areas that are affected by severe weather?

Due to severe weather, there might be delays and we have no control. We only ship via UPS. There are some instances only UPS Express services are available due to severe weather. In this case, upon checking out you'll find the appropriate available service(s).

Can I modify the items in my order?

Once you placed an order, we cannot modify (add, change, or upgrade). We recommend you place another order.

Is there tax?

The prices shown are exclusive of HST and are subject to change without notice.

Can I make a custom order on special sizes?

Currently we are not taking any custom orders.

Returns & Exchange

What is return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days. Please contact us (Live Chat, Instagram, Email or Phone) within 30 days to issue you a prepaid return label and meet the following return conditions:

  • Our products are unwashed
  • Our products are unused
  • Original tags and inserts still attached

How can I return my order?

When will I receive my refund?

If you have met our return conditions, the full refund amount will appear in your original account within three to five business days.

Any collaborative sales item are final sale and are not eligible for return.
